Our policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your refund, we require a proof of purchase.
The refund may be full or only partial refund depending upon case-to- case basis.
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 10 to 15 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@postadda.in
If at any point of time while using our application, you wish to upgrade your membership then kindly drop us an email at care@postadda.in An upgradation of your membership will be initiated from our end and your current membership account will be upgraded. We won’t charge you twice for both the memberships and your previous membership amount will be refunded to you.
